THE MENU
No matter if you are a fan of meat, fish or preferably vegetarian. This menu offers something for every taste! Please note that the menu is seasonal thus subject to change.
STARTER
La Plancha “B13” served with sourdough bread

Creamy asparagus soup
MAIN COURSE
Buttered and rosemary roasted rabbit steak, light mustard sauce and glazed morel mushrooms (Served with potato gratin) OR

Tomato pot garnished with local vegetables, flavored with aromatic herbs (Served with a slice of bread with Beaufort cheese spread)

OR

Salmon trout prepared in the smoking room, with vegetables from Munsbach’s garden

DESSERT
Selection of homemade ice creams and sorbet
